Policies

  • All regular photoshoots require a 50% deposit to book. Deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid and a date booked, if any changes need to be made they can be and the deposit will be transferred to the new photoshoot date. If you must cancel the shoot and do not want to reschedule, the deposit is forfeited.

 

  • Wedding Packages require a $100 deposit to book the date, this is also non-refundable. I do offer payment plans for weddings so please reach out if you would like to discuss a payment plan. Payment plan payments are refundable if the wedding gets cancelled but if they are rescheduled I will do my best to accommodate the new date so that the deposit is not forfeited.

 

  • I will travel outside the Atlanta area, but if a session is more than 4o minutes from Atlanta proper, I do charge a small mileage fee. I base this fee on the federal mileage fee of 0.57 cents per mile.

 

  • Due to a booked schedule, I do ask that clients are on time for their session. If you are running late, please reach out to me. If you are more than 15 minuets late for a session, I do charge an extra $20 fee so that I can still complete your shoot.

 

  • I do ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule a shoot for any reason OTHER than weather. If the weather is suddenly bad and we get rained out, I will reschedule the shoot for the next day available to both myself and the client.

 

  • I do not send unedited files to clients. I will send the agreed upon amount of images (sometimes a few more); those images will all be edited. Raw files and unedited files are not for purchase.

 

  • If you are unhappy with the edit I have done (beyond the occasional I missed a blemish) there is a $5 re-editing fee per image. Please communicate to me ahead of time any style expectations or preferences so that I can accommodate accordingly and avoid this entirely.
  • I do not offer Time for Print (TFP) shoots to most clients. These are agreed upon ahead of time based on my style preferences and concept ideas. If you are looking to collaborate, I can recommend a photographer to you who takes collaboration like this.

 

  • If we have agreed to a TFP session, I have the same expectations not being late and communicating as I do with all clients. Please be on time. Please come prepared. Please communicate if you are running behind.

 

  • I send images back within two weeks, if you have any questions about the time frame or are having issues seeing your images, please reach back out to me as I do want to make sure your time is valued.

 

  • Due to the nature of TFP, I do not accept re-edit requests for these images.

 

  • When posting images from TFP you are required to credit myself as the photographer. I do not put watermarks on my images as of now and I do not want to have to start.

 

  •  I have the right to post any images from a TPF session. I will not work with anyone who will not allow me to post my work as advertisement for myself and my brand. (As this is the purpose)...

 

  • I do not accept any nude TFP work. I can recommend you to another photographer who does.
  • All graphic design jobs require a 50% deposit before beginning the job. This is non-refundable.

 

  • When working on a job with an initial agreed upon price, there is also an understanding of an initial agreed upon requirement to complete the job. If this starts to go beyond what is reasonable for the job, I will invoice for an adjusted amount based on the greater amount of work required.

 

  • When beginning a logo or branding job, I will send mock ups with three to four options to choose from. These jobs include up to two revisions after that initial mock up with the chosen design. Once more revisions are required, I charge an extra $25 per revision update.

 

  • I do store all of my files from previous jobs. If you have any issue with finding the original files I sent, I can resend everything whenever that would happen. I do charge a $25 fee for my time retrieving and resending the files.

 

  • I can also make small updates and changes to previous work that I have done for any clients, this comes with only a $30 per hour fee because I already have the original files.

 

  • All social media management clients are handled through Howste Technical Services. Via my contract with them, I am unable to manage these services without going through them so they are not available for trade of service at all.

 

  • If you are interested in a trade of service for any of my graphic design services, please contact me. I do require that these serviced be determined prior to any services being completed and a contract signed that the services are similar or equal in cost.
